The pandemic has created supply issues across the globe and Rieker is continuing to balance a safe workplace while supplying our customers on time without issues to date. We have diligently monitored our supply base weekly for shortages and managed to procure where needed to continue uninterrupted delivery.
We continue to manage our workplace to provide limited onsite staffing coupled with work from home when possible due to the concern over the Delta variant. To date our efforts have paid off with no contact Covid infections in our company. We are extremely proud of our employees and their personal protection efforts including wearing masks up until just recently now that we have a fully vaccinated work force.
While we have relaxed our mask policy at work, we continue to follow the guidelines of the CDC and local government, as well as limiting onsite work staff continuing to keep our workers safe.
