Accessibility Guidelines for Pedestrian Facilities in the Public Right-of-Way

On August 8, 2023, the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board issued its final rule that provides minimum guidelines for the accessibility of pedestrian facilities in the public right-of-way.

The final rule is published in the Federal Register
